I won't start talking about how good it is to work from home, just because it isn't ideal for everyone, and there is no point in making someone believe it. However, what I wanna focus on is the fact that there are no rules when it comes to online success, and that can be a good thing. Yesterday, I was listening to some Pink Floyd, it was the most viewed video of Comfortably Numb. Funny enough, it was uploaded by a random fan, and it has 28 million views. It was his only video, and he stated that he didn't want anyone to subscribe just because he wasn't going to upload any more songs or anything on the channel. But of course, with 28 million views... that is impossible to avoid, and right at this second, his channel is sitting on 88 000 subscribers. And I thought to myself: "Damn, that is crazy! He could be making a living from these kind of numbers if he continued making non-copyrighted videos."
All I'm trying to say is - some blogs or businesses don't take a lot of your effort to blow up. If you have a 9-5 job, you wouldn't have to invest a lot of your time or energy into an online businesses, but it could still be acquiring followers and readers. Why not just try? For example, I have a few other blogs outside of MooYourself. One of them is Drakelicious, an account I don't visit that often at all. Maybe once in two weeks.. I know, horrible... HOWEVER, it still gets followers on Instagram on a daily basis, just because of the hashtags in posts and the fact that it has the word "Drake" in the title. So, the best thing to do would probably be just open a blog, write about something you like (without worrying about the readers and followers), and just continue living your life. Write occassionally, don't let it affect your primary way of making money - but, who knows... You may end up making some serious cash after a few years...
